Please note that our hyperbaric chamber is not included in our regular memberships, you can purchase your access to this service separately.

Is Recoverie sutiable for everyone?

Yes! The Recoverie range of services are beneficial for everyone regardless previous recovery technique experience or current training. We have a minimum age requirement of 16 and anyone under 18 will need permission from a parent or guardian.

What are the benefits of recovery services?

There are many benefits to each recovery technique. Overall, recovery services help to reduce fatigue, relieve muscle pain, increase circulation and recovery time, as well as improve lymphatic and circulatory systems. How often should I come to Recoverie?

Short answer: as often as you want! There is no limit. You can start feeling benefits after a single session. Many people who train frequently choose to book sessions every day or a few times a week to optimise their health and reduce recovery times.

I’m new to Recoverie, will staff be on hand to show me how to use the equipment and make the most of my session?

Absolutely, we have dedicated staff on-hand to show you the space and explain each service.

When should i book Recoverie sessions?

Book your sessions as soon as possible after you finish exercises on training days, or anytime on recovery days.  The services at Recoverie are especially beneficial whenever you’re feeling tired, sore or fatigued.
